Listing Restrictions

Customer agrees not to submit any descriptions/information/photographs unless the customer has obtained all necessary rights and authorizations from the appropriate copyright holders/photographers. AsiaBusinessInvestor.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any listings it deems inappropriate, offensive or involved in illegal activities, or for any other reason.

AsiaBusinessInvestor.com shall have the sole authority to choose the manner in which any Listing will be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on the website.

Pricing

Listings on AsiaBusinessInvestor.com are at the prevailing monthly cost of $59.95 for business for sale, angel investment and franchise listings. Business opportunities have a prevailing monthly cost of $29.95 per month. From time AsiaBusinessInvestor.com will be running special promotions and new listings during this will be pricing at the rate specified. AsiaBusinessInvestor.com reserves the right to change its fees, payment frequency, or billing methods at any time and will provide notice of any such changes.

While as much care is taken to keep the website up, AsiaBusinessInvestor.com will not be held responsible for any down time our servers may experience. AsiaBusinessInvestor.com will not be held liable for any damages of any kind, resulting from the use of the site.
