I am looking for investment in the development of an all suite boutique hotel in the centre of Brisbane. It will be a design led concept hotel, and offer a luxurious boutique place to stay in the city centre. I have already found a property which is already a hotel and could be used as an ongoing concern whilst neccessary changes are made. The aim is to bring the first boutique and design led hotel to Brisbane, and the Queensland area and will use original ideas as well as drawing together ideas and concepts that are already used in suceessful boutiques of a similar style around the world.
